Founded in Oct 2019, the founders with combined experience over 16 years. Although the pandemic occurs in UK in Mar 2020, many predicted that the market would slow down or crash, pessimistic about the market, but the founders still have confidence in the UK property market and moved to their first property in Mar 2020, since then the company is keeping the pace of buying average one property a year and has built up its own portfolio, and is doing well so far.
Vivian – holds a master’s degree of accounting from University of Warwick. Came to UK since 2003 and settled in Manchester since 2010. She has passed majority of her ACCA subjects and is almost there before becoming a qualified accountant. Despite major in accounting throughout her academic life, she also has a great taste of interior design and fashion. Amazed by how she designed her own home and business projects.
Steven – is an entrepreneur and a businessman who has profound interest and deep understanding in south Manchester property market. Studied and lived in Singapore, China and UK for many years. He was enrolled in National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2005, major in Economics. Same year he came to UK and obtained his BA (Hons) in Business management from Durham University in 2008. MSc in Marketing from Warwick University in 2009 and finally completed his academic journey by obtaining his Phd in business and management from University of Manchester. Based on his backgrounds and past experiences, Investwin Ltd was established.
